A smart home with Aqara, set up by the people who install it.

• Hub M100 is the most affordable start: a small Matter hub for Aqara and other brands' devices.
• Hub M200 is a Zigbee hub and Matter controller, for larger numbers of sensors and switches.
• Camera hubs (G350 Select, G5 Pro, the G410 doorbell) are a camera and a hub in one device. A good choice if you want video surveillance anyway.
• Panel Hub S1 Plus is a wall panel with a screen, for controlling the whole home from one place.

One hub is usually enough for an apartment. For a house on several floors, tell us the layout and we'll tell you whether you need a second one.

First you add the devices in the Aqara Home app. Then, through Matter, you share the hub with Apple Home, Google Home or Alexa, and the devices appear there.

That way you can use Siri, Google Assistant or Alexa, while advanced automations stay in Aqara. If you already run Home Assistant, Aqara works with it too.

• Zigbee and Thread use very little power, so battery sensors last a long time. They need a hub.
• Wi-Fi devices (for example the G100 camera) connect straight to your router, with no hub.
• Matter is a shared standard that lets devices work with Apple, Google and Amazon at the same time.

• Radiator Thermostat W600 goes on each radiator, so every room gets its own temperature and schedule.
• Floor Heating Thermostat W500 is for underfloor heating, replacing the ordinary wall thermostat.
• Climate Sensor W100 measures the temperature where you sit, not next to the radiator, so control is more precise.
